Indeed Flex is hiring a Partnerships Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing agency-partnership team, drive agency fulfillment through data, define supplier strategy, negotiate commercial terms, and represent the company at a senior level with agency partners. The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, high-urgency omni-channel support environment, plus staffing or managed-service-provider experience, operational and data leadership, commercial acumen, and strong communication and negotiation skills. It is based onsite in Austin, Texas, five days per week, with home work on Thursdays, and offers an annual salary of $95,000 to $130,000 plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, bonus, and other benefits.
