Description
The Parts & Service Assistant supports the Parts and Service Department at an assigned TrailersPlus store by inspecting trailers, performing parts and service work, installing parts and accessories, handling warranty and repair issues, maintaining inventory, assisting with trailer deliveries, and keeping the lot and facility clean and safe. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical ability, customer service, troubleshooting, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to operate a Kubota tractor or equivalent, power tools, and welding equipment.
