TrailersPlus is hiring a full-time Parts & Service Associate in Augusta, Kansas, to perform trailer inspections, preventative maintenance, service work, parts installations, inventory tracking, invoicing, customer consultations, equipment operation, and facility support. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of related mechanical, service, or assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, customer communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain a state trailer sales license where required. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour for 40–45 hours per week, with health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, FSA, pet insurance, and paid time off benefits.
