Description
The Service Repair Technician supports the Parts and Service department by handling parts sales, service work, inventory control, trailer deliveries, installations, warranty and repair work, pre- and post-delivery inspections, invoicing, and facility maintenance. The role also assists with trailer sales, local-market lead generation, equipment troubleshooting, and safe operation of forklifts, tractors, power tools, and welding equipment. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months to one year of related experience or training, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a retail trailer service environment.
