EquipmentShare is hiring an onsite Parts Assistant in Abilene, Texas to manage parts inventory, process orders and invoices, coordinate with manufacturers and vendors, prepare parts quotes, and support service departments and customers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an applicable state class driver's license, knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift and move equipment parts. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours and on-call scheduling with additional compensation.
