EquipmentShare is hiring a Parts Assistant for its Las Cruces, New Mexico rental facility. The role manages and supervises parts inventory, purchases, invoicing, customer orders, vendor coordination, quotes, and service-department scheduling. It runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling, and requires a clean driving record, a high school diploma or equivalent, an applicable state class driver's license, Excel and spreadsheet knowledge, customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills. The position also requires lifting and moving equipment parts, passing a background check, and potentially a drug test.
