Description
The Service Parts Associate will receive, handle, store, process transactions, dispatch, inspect, and document service parts in a local branch, while supporting internal and external customers at the parts counter. The role requires customer service, computer and reporting skills, forklift and warehouse machinery operation, HSE compliance, and the ability to escalate technical issues. A high school diploma or equivalent secondary education is required, along with some work experience or intermediate knowledge; prior service, repair, or parts experience is preferred. The branch operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and compensation is a base salary commensurate with experience plus benefits.
