Schneider is hiring a Parts Coordinator in Houston, Texas to serve as the main expert for inventory management in the shop. The role maintains the quantity, accuracy, and availability of parts inventory; coordinates with shop leadership, technicians, and the parts team; advises the Shop Manager on inventory performance metrics; ensures compliance with inventory guidelines; and provides training backup and off-hours support. The position requires a technical degree in inventory management or a related field or at least one year of parts inventory experience, along with basic math, analytical, attention-to-detail, and customer service skills.
