The role involves identifying and filling parts requests, ordering and receiving Volkswagen and aftermarket parts, maintaining inventory, processing returns and warranty parts, handling counter sales, and keeping the parts department organized. Automotive parts experience is strongly preferred, along with familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and dealership computer systems, strong communication, organization, dependability, and teamwork.
