North County Ford is hiring an experienced Parts Manager to lead its automotive dealership Parts Department in Vista, California. The role oversees profitability, purchasing, inventory, pricing, returns, shipping and receiving, wholesale operations, delivery, financial performance, staffing, and day-to-day department execution. Candidates must have at least three years of full-time automotive parts department experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid California driver's license, inventory-management and basic-accounting knowledge, and strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Compensation is $140,000 to $240,000 or more, including base salary and performance-based bonus.
