Parts Outside Sales Representative at Custom Mechanical Solutions

Custom Mechanical Solutions is hiring a Parts Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory of approximately 40–50 HVAC parts customer accounts across the Pacific Northwest. The role is field-based, involving regular in-person visits, relationship development, parts sourcing, quote and order follow-up, technical product guidance, and CRM management, with office coordination. Candidates need an associate’s degree and at least two years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience; HVAC parts, HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or industrial distribution experience is preferred. Compensation is a $75,000–$85,000 base salary, a $6,000 annual vehicle allowance, uncapped performance bonus, and medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
