Description
The Parts Rep manages stock parts, repair orders, inventory, billing, customer part orders, shipping and receiving, warehouse housekeeping, warranty and factory repairs, and weekend or after-hours call-outs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of parts, warehouse, or inventory experience, customer service and organizational skills, computer and MS Office experience, general mechanical knowledge, a current driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime and on call.
