Description
The Parts Representative assists customers by identifying needed parts, using catalogs and computer systems, billing orders, processing payments, distributing and receiving parts, maintaining inventory and shelf stock, shipping orders, and supporting sales and service operations. The role requires customer service, product knowledge, Microsoft Office and Internet skills, attention to detail, teamwork, accurate documentation, and the ability to work flexible schedules, overtime, and physically lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications include a one-year college or technical school certificate, at least three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination; experience in shipping/receiving, parts distribution, and forklift operation is specified.
