Parts Sales at John Deere

The Parts Sales position promotes and sells parts, products, and related services to customers, service technicians, and the sales department. Responsibilities include identifying and locating parts, placing orders, pulling inventory, invoicing, maintaining accurate records, supporting service technicians, receiving shipments, stocking displays, and maintaining a clean and organized parts department. The role requires basic data-entry, parts and machinery knowledge, customer-service and problem-solving skills, and the ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog application; a high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, forklift certification is preferred, and the schedule may include Saturdays and additional hours.
