Description
The Parts-Inside/Counter Sales role assists customers, mechanics, and peers in identifying truck parts, accessories, and repair or upgrade needs; answers telephone inquiries, processes payments and core warranties, follows up on shortages, provides parts to service technicians, and maintains the showroom floor. The position reports to the Parts Manager and requires strong sales, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and manual dexterity skills, along with the ability to operate vehicles and equipment.
