The Parts Sales Specialist will support customers and technicians by securing truck parts and supplies, meeting sales and gross-profit forecasts, preparing invoices, maintaining inventory and stock levels, receiving and shipping parts, and issuing purchase orders. The role also handles customer issues, maintains a clean parts area and warehouse, follows safety procedures, and supports inventory management. One year of automotive parts-related work experience and strong customer service and communication skills are required.
