Description
Parts Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts provides high-level service to retail, walk-in, and installer customers, supports store management, handles phone and in-store customer service, cash handling, returns, stocking, inventory tasks, and limited in-store automotive services. The role may occasionally involve driving a delivery vehicle, requires strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to match alphanumeric sequences, with desired familiarity in automotive parts, ASE certification, and multilingual ability.
