Description
The Parts Supervisor oversees Parts Department operations, including the parts counter and warehouse, and leads parts staff. Responsibilities include inventory management, pricing, stock ordering, customer service, technical parts assistance, documentation, safety compliance, and team leadership. The role requires at least three years of heavy equipment or related industry experience, a valid driver’s license, leadership and analytical skills, and knowledge of construction and forestry equipment operations.
