The role supports customers, technicians, and internal personnel by identifying and procuring parts, handling customer parts-counter transactions, maintaining inventory and transaction records, processing shipments, and supporting warehouse activities. Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, parts-ordering and inventory-management knowledge, Microsoft proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent experience; 3–5 years of heavy-duty, mining, or industrial parts experience is preferred. The position offers a base salary commensurate with experience, pension, medical, dental, life insurance, and other benefits, with travel required and the shift determined by hiring managers.
