NexGen Enterprises is hiring an independent 1099 Party Chief in West Palm Beach, Florida, for project-based surveying work. The contractor will perform boundary, topographic, construction staking, and control surveys; operate GPS, total stations, and data collectors; interpret plans and specifications; document field notes and sketches; and communicate with project managers. The role requires at least three years of field surveying experience, proficiency with surveying equipment and software, a valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently outdoors. Compensation is competitive and discussed through application or direct contact; the contractor is responsible for taxes, insurance, and equipment unless otherwise agreed.
