Description
The Birthday Party Operations Associate supports the Event Planner by coordinating birthday parties, supervising party staff and patrol teams, greeting guests, managing party activities, handling food and beverage orders, collecting payments, and assisting with event breakdown. The role requires at least two years of guest service experience in a comparable field, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and the ability to work in a loud environment with large crowds and children while standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
