Description
Groden Network is hiring part-time PASS Workers in Rhode Island to support children ages 2–21 with autism and other developmental delays at their homes. The role collaborates with teachers, caregivers, and parents to develop social skills, daily living tasks, communication, play, and independence, using person-centered individualized care. The schedule is flexible evenings and weekends, mainly 3:00 PM–9:00 PM, with no more than six hours per day and 10–12 hours per week, at $20 per hour. Benefits include a 1:1 staff-to-client ratio, an Employee Assistance Program, and mileage reimbursement. No prior experience is required, but experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities and social or human services experience are preferred; training is provided.
