Description
The Airport Operations Supervisor manages airport ground operations for a designated account and shift, including staffing, scheduling, employee coaching, service audits, safety and security compliance, client communication, and basic administrative and payroll functions. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English communication and basic computer skills, and the ability to meet airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal requirements; previous management experience and a college degree or equivalent work experience are preferred. The position pays $20.00 per hour and involves standing and walking for most of the shift, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds or more.
