Description
The Pasting Operator applies paste to battery grids, creates charging plates, loads raw materials, operates and monitors pasting machines, moves materials with a forklift, and performs visual quality and quantity inspections. The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years of manufacturing or plant experience, physical ability to work in extreme temperatures and heavy conditions, PPE compliance including a respirator, clean-shaven status, adherence to hygiene rules, and the ability to lift 50–80 pounds and stand for long periods.
