Description
The Pastor & Chaplain provides spiritual leadership and pastoral care for patients, Kairos members, staff, and volunteers, while planning and leading ecumenical worship, developing spiritual formation programming, supporting recovery and multidisciplinary care, consulting with staff, and supervising long-term volunteers. The role requires a master’s degree in divinity, pastoral counseling, theology, or a related field, plus experience in pastoral ministry, worship leadership, spiritual formation, and interdisciplinary care; a Board Certified Chaplain or ordained minister credential is preferred. The salary is $68,000–$73,000 per year.
