The employer is hiring Kitchen Assistants for its Pastry department at a production plant in the Madrid Airport area. The role involves plating and decorating desserts, monitoring plating temperatures, baking and preparing pastry items, cutting fruit, piping and decorating mousses and yogurts, transporting desserts to cold rooms, supporting other pastry production, and maintaining refrigeration, plant, and freezer cleanliness and FIFO standards. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience, availability for rotating morning, evening, and night shifts Monday through Sunday, and an immediate start.
