Ballerina Farm is hiring a full-time, on-site Pastry Baker in Midway, Utah to produce and finish croissants, cookies, batters, fillings, toppings, and other pastries and sellable items, while also assisting with bread and focaccia production. The role requires accurate recipe and ingredient preparation, monitoring baking and proofing, production planning, food-safety compliance, and maintaining a clean kitchen. Previous baking or professional kitchen experience is preferred, a Utah Food Handlers Permit is required, and the position offers $20-$22 depending on experience, paid time off, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
