CFA Espace Concours is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company in the Pastry sector. The Pastry Chef apprentice will manage product receipt and storage, apply hygiene rules, prepare creams, fillings, dough-based pastries, dry and soft petits fours, meringues, entremets, and small cakes. The role offers a state-recognized CAP Pâtissier diploma, 100% funded training, paid training, and support from an expert trainer. Applicants must be between 16 and 29 years old, French or European nationals, or hold a residence permit, and must be eligible for an apprenticeship and authorized to work in France.
