Description
CFA Espace Concours is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company in the Pastry sector. The Pastry Chef apprentice will manage product receipt and storage, apply hygiene rules, prepare creams, fillings, doughs, dry and soft petits fours, meringues, entremets, and small cakes, and receive paid, 100% funded training toward a state-recognized Pastry Chef CAP diploma. Applicants must be French or European nationals or hold a residence permit, be between 16 and 29 years old, and be eligible for an apprenticeship and authorized to work in France.
