Description
CFA Espace Concours is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company in the Pastry sector. The apprentice will manage product receipt and storage, apply hygiene rules, prepare creams, fillings, dough-based pastries, dry and soft petits fours, meringues, entremets, and small cakes, and receive paid, 100% funded training toward a state-recognized CAP Pastry Chef diploma. Applicants must be French or European nationals or hold a residence permit, be between 16 and 29 years old, and be eligible for an apprenticeship and authorized to work in France.
