Description
CFA Espace Concours is seeking candidates for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company in the Pastry sector. The Pastry Chef apprentice will manage product receipt and storage, apply hygiene rules, prepare creams, fillings, dough-based pastries, dry and soft petits fours, meringues, entremets, and small cakes, and receive expert face-to-face instruction toward a state-recognized CAP Pastry Chef diploma. The apprenticeship is 100% funded by public apprenticeship funds, requires the candidate to be between 16 and 29 years old, and is available to French or European nationals or those holding a residence permit.
