Domes Resorts is seeking a highly energetic and passionate Pastry Chef to join their team at All-Inclusive Suites in Rhodes, specifically for the 2026 season. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for producing daily and seasonal dessert menus, overseeing all aspects of pastry production, managing inventory, supervising the pastry kitchen team, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene practices.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pastry chef role, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and kitchen procedures.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert presentation, and flavor profiles.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent planning and organizational skills required for inventory management, menu planning & recipe standardization.
Ability to build relationships, internally and externally, in the kitchen and between the kitchen and other departments.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Precision & strong attention to detail for ensuring consistency across every batch of dough, filling, or glaze.
A creative mindset is required to transform desserts into visually appealing pastries.
