Farmers Table is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and preparing various pastry items, including cakes, fillings, scones, sauces, ice creams, and banquet production. They will also manage weekly bakery inventory, ensure cleanliness, and cover plating shifts as needed.
