The Pastry Helper will support the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks by mixing pastry products, plating cold meals and pastries, using knife skills to cut and peel fruit, and working across fruit-cutting, economy-packing, juice, basket, and assembling-and-plating stations. The role requires adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean work area, completing tasks within deadlines, working independently and in teams, and being flexible with night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
