Description
Fairmont Rio de Janeiro Copacabana is hiring a Pastry Intern to support the Pastry team in preparing, assembling, decorating, and presenting sweets, desserts, doughs, creams, and fillings; organizing supplies; monitoring food safety and expiration dates; maintaining sanitation; and assisting with events, banquets, buffets, and other hotel food-service operations. The intern must be enrolled in a Gastronomy program, preferably with an expected graduation date in 2027 or later, and be available for 6 hours per day on a 5-on/2-off schedule, including weekends and holidays.
