Description
Plaud is hiring a Patent Agent to own the full lifecycle of software, algorithm, and AI-related inventions, including invention disclosures, claim drafting, prosecution, office-action responses, portfolio strategy, prior-art searches, freedom-to-operate analyses, and coordination with outside counsel and patent agencies across the United States, European Union, and China. The role requires a licensed patent agent with at least four years of professional experience, including two years of hands-on drafting and prosecution experience, software and algorithm patent drafting ability, knowledge of major patent jurisdictions, English and Mandarin fluency, and strong technical fluency. The position offers a $135,000–$200,000 base salary plus performance bonus and equity, with hybrid work requiring at least three days in the office per week.
