Hark is hiring a Patent Agent to build its hardware patent portfolio from the ground up. The role owns invention harvesting, drafting, prosecution, portfolio strategy, inventorship determinations, and freedom-to-operate work for hardware and hardware-software technologies. It requires a registered U.S. patent attorney or agent, a technical bachelor's degree or higher, and at least five years of experience drafting and prosecuting complex hardware patents. The position is full-time and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $220,000 annually.
