Sterlington PLLC is hiring a full-time Patent Attorney to prepare and prosecute patent applications for technology clients, especially in cellular and wireless communications. The role involves drafting and prosecuting U.S. applications, coordinating foreign prosecution, responding to Office Actions, managing prosecution deadlines, working with inventors and in-house counsel, developing patent strategy, and analyzing complex technical disclosures and prior art. Candidates need a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, U.S. bar admission, PTO registration, a relevant technical bachelor's degree or higher, and approximately 2–5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
