Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a Patent Litigation Associate to work on technology-related patent litigation for leading technology companies. The role involves patent litigation case management, contentions, Markman proceedings, written and oral fact and expert discovery, and direct interaction with partners, clients, engineers, developers, and major technology companies. The position is based in San Francisco or Washington, D.C., requires at least three years of experience, a technology-related degree or equivalent experience, a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and U.S. Bar membership, and offers a base salary of $260,000 to $390,000 per year plus potential bonuses and benefits.
