Solve Intelligence is hiring a Patent Litigator to lead and build its patent litigation capability for Charts, an AI litigation product. The role involves infringement and validity analysis, litigation-risk advice, collaboration with engineering and AI teams, patent prosecution-to-litigation handoffs, and translating litigation expertise into platform features. Candidates should have at least three years of associate or senior associate experience in patent litigation, preferably at elite firms, with a technical background and strong analytical and strategic thinking. The position is based in New York City or London and offers visa sponsorship, private medical insurance, and equity.
