Avero Diagnostics is hiring a Pathologist in Bellingham, Washington to accurately and timely diagnose anatomic pathology specimens, interpret histologic, cytologic, and molecular findings, and support high-volume laboratory operations. The role includes medical directorship responsibilities for assigned hospital laboratories, quality assurance and regulatory compliance, consultative support, workflow and accreditation development, and leadership and mentorship. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree, be board-certified or board-eligible in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, maintain an active unrestricted medical license, and be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes. Additional fellowship training, telepathology and digital pathology experience, and regulatory inspection experience are preferred.
