Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Pathologist's Assistants to support the VA San Diego Healthcare System in San Diego, California. The per diem role focuses on autopsies, with grossing duties sometimes required, and includes anatomic pathology, autopsy and gross examination, histology, laboratory testing, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, education, and morgue oversight. Candidates must have a related health-science degree, NAACLS-accredited Pathologist's Assistant training or AAPA fellowship, current AAPA/ASCP or designated Department of Health licensure or certification, and at least one year of Pathologist's Assistant experience; VA experience is desirable. No sponsorship is available, and the pay range is $37.60 to $65.00 per hour.
