Description
The Pathway Coordinator will coordinate social and vocational integration or reintegration pathways for people supported by Clairvivre, including assessing needs, developing and monitoring personalized plans, mobilizing internal and external partners, facilitating meetings, ensuring continuity and rights, and supporting the person's agency. The role is full-time, open to permanent civil servants and contract employees, and is based at Clairvivre sites in Salagnac, Brive-la-Gaillarde, and Boulazac, with a start date of 01/11/2026.
