Baxter is seeking a Pathway Development Specialist to lead digital workstream improvement focused on clinical connectivity, patient outcomes, process implementation, safety, and collaboration with commercial and clinical teams. The role involves improving clinical system interoperability, supporting connected medical device workflows, addressing manual-workflow risks, and aligning digital transformation with business objectives. Candidates should have a background in nursing, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field, experience leading digital transformation initiatives in healthcare or a related industry, and strong knowledge of clinical workflows, electronic health records, and healthcare IT systems; CNIO certification is highly desirable. The role is national and requires travel.
