Description
The USGA is hiring students for the Pathways Discover Program, a 10-day unpaid internship at the U.S. Open in Pebble Beach, California, from June 11–21, 2027. The program provides behind-the-scenes exposure to golf careers, classroom and real-world professional development, networking, leadership panels, shadowing, and a case-study pitch competition. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, demonstrate maturity and initiative, and may have no prior golf experience; strong interest in sports is preferred. The USGA provides travel, room and board, meals, snacks, and program expenses for non-local participants, while the internship itself is unpaid.
