Description
Pathways Vermont is hiring one remote First Shift Supervisor for its Vermont Support Line, a 24/7 confidential phone and text support program. The supervisor will oversee 5–7 staff members, manage scheduling and coverage, recruit and train team members, document performance, provide on-call support, and deliver confidential peer support to callers. The role requires Vermont residency, lived mental health or crisis experience, strong interpersonal and writing skills, and availability for weekend and occasional holiday shifts. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
