Greater Lawrence Family Health Center is hiring a Patient Access Coordinator to help patients access healthcare by assisting with MassHealth, Massachusetts Health Connector, and other coverage enrollment and renewal applications. The role involves guiding patients through eligibility and documentation, conducting outreach to uninsured and underinsured individuals, tracking applications, coordinating with enrollment centers and community partners, participating in community events, and supporting administrative workflows. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is required, while healthcare, insurance enrollment, outreach, Microsoft Office, and relevant education or experience are preferred.
