Maryhaven is hiring a Patient Access Representative to conduct clinical and administrative activities related to admissions for its behavioral services and addiction recovery programs. The role involves determining admissibility, financial responsibility, and availability; preparing records and required data; and coordinating with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity. The position operates from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., requires a high school diploma or GED, and prefers an associate degree or higher in behavioral science, one year of social services experience, and Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant licensure or higher.
