Munson Healthcare is hiring a PRN Patient Access Representative to work in its Emergency Department. The role greets and directs patients, families, and visitors; assists with transportation; obtains and verifies patient information for registration; communicates with departments; maintains confidential information and work areas; and precepts new hires. Applicants need an associate's degree or equivalent education and two years of customer service, healthcare, or business-related experience. The position has no set number of hours per week and requires vaccination or documented immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella, plus a flu vaccine during flu season.
