Patient Access Representative at Sutter Shared Lab LLC

Sutter Health is hiring a Patient Access/Registration Representative for CPMC–California Pacific Medical Center, Mission Bernal. The role provides face-to-face patient contact, gathers and verifies information for patient registration and financial clearance, supports the patient experience, and requires knowledge of insurance, medical terminology, patient access, EMTALA, consent laws, computer registration and accounting systems, communication, accuracy, and customer service. It requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of recent relevant experience. The position is per diem/casual, works day shifts with variable days and every other weekend, and pays $32.30–$43.34 per hour.
